Strength & Balance Class

As we age the risk of falls increases , but research shows that regular strength and balance training can reduce that risk.

Even better? The same kind of movement that helps prevent falls is also linked to better brain health, mobility, and a longer, more independent life. Our clinician-led exercise class is specifically designed to increase muscle mass, improve balance and reduce falls risk.

Our strength and balance classes are suitable to everyone over 40 who are motivated to improve their strength and quality of life. This class is also suitable for those living with Neurological conditions or post surgery clients.
